We have been extremely impressed by our first round of meat delivery from Five Marys! The steaks are incredible. From flavor to quality, everything has surpassed expectations!
This package was my first purchase and a tester to see if we liked the bacon. These ends don't appear to be just little chunks from the edges of the pork belly. The package we received had large, meaty pieces of bacon. The aroma of maple while cooking made me think the flavor would be sweet, but the flavor was absolutely perfectly smoked and savory. I'm definitely going to buy the actual bacon and ends in the future and some steaks and ground beef to BBQ.
Re: The packaging. Carefully packed box. Bacon and sausage were still frozen. The box return process was super easy because of the labels provided.
I have seen many reviews on Five Mary's aged ground beef. All the reviews are absolutely true. Best ground beef I have ever cooked and tasted. Also, for those with digestion issues, this ground beef did not cause me any issue!!!
