Bone-In Pork Chops
A thick-cut pork chop from the rib section, and oh so good! You can taste the difference in pastured pork, and these thick-cut pork chops are everything. The gristle on the bone is our favorite part!
FOR BEST RESULTS: Brine in a 1/4 cup of salt and water at least an hour before cooking for tasty, melt-in-your-mouth pork!

Pork tenderloin is a beautiful cut and can be prepared so many ways. It is the leanest and most tender cut of the pork!

Pork Leg Roast
A 2-3 pound, 1.5 inch pork leg steak / roast.
PERFECT size and shape for the slow cooker to make some epic pulled pork! Layer 2-3 in a large slow cooker for a crowd!
