My wonderful wife ordered some beef after seeing it on a viewing on the Create Channel a few weeks ago. She ordered a couple of picanas along with a porter house for my birthday knowing I love to grill, bbq, and smoke meats. This picana was smoked on indirect heat for 1 1/4 hours on a Weber Kettle, lightly seared at the ended, and allowed to rest for 15 minutes. Oh it was so very good and juicy. This was my first picana and it will not be my last.
