Used this Jabin meat for Pioneer Woman crock pot stew recipe. I cut the pieces smaller, browned them in Five Mary’s cooking tallow. And added the drippings to crock pot for extra flavor. The beef turned out tender and rich, and the beef bone broth made the stew even heartier. Perfect ranch-style comfort food!
